We collect anonymous usage metrics (API consumption, session duration) to improve the service. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Files and Workspace Data
Files created by your AI assistant are stored on your private, isolated VPS. Only you can access your workspace.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store payment card details.

Data Storage and Security

Your conversation history and workspace files are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
Third-Party Services
MyOwnClaw uses AI models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Google (Gemini) via OpenRouter to power your assistant. Messages are sent to these providers' APIs for processing. Review their respective privacy policies for their data handling practices.
Children's Privacy
MyOwnClaw is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
